Executive Government of Nasimi district was founded in November, 1991 according to Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, started operating in January 1, 1992.

Executive Government of Nasimi district arranges its operation corresponding to maintained Order “Regulation about local executive government” by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This Regulation defines operation sphere, organizing structure, as well as authorizations of local Executive Government, including Executive Government of Nasimi district. The person who is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan leads Executive Government of Nasimi district.

At present, Nasib Mahamaliyev Mahammed oglu is the head of Executive Government of Nasimi district. He was appointed in this post in Mart 30, 2006. He’s married; he has got two sons, one daughter.
